The company will not be responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer, for lost or stolen packages, for delays or any damage to the product or its packaging caused by weather, postal service handling, or during the delivery process. The company will not be responsible for faithful and strict compliance with shipping dates and will not be obligated to any guarantee for these purposes. Delays and spatial circumstances of which the company is aware will be announced accordingly.

We suggest that you review and confirm the postal address you have entered for delivery, the quantities of products purchased, the scents and your selections in general, before completing the order. We cannot guarantee that such information can be amended or altered after completing your shopping transaction. Orders returned to our facilities due to errors in the address provided by the customer, carry an additional charge for reshipping. The charge may vary depending on the weight of the package. In no case will the company assume charges for reshipping.

The company will be responsible for shipping costs only in cases where the company determines that it has made an error when shipping the order or when there have been manufacturing defects and grants a product replacement.
