Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell on our website, our return policy is limited. We recommend reading it in its entirety.
Before completing your purchase transaction, review and confirm that the products you acquire meet the specifications of what you desire, in relation to ingredients, size, aroma, and components in the case of "bundles" or special package deals that include more than one product.
If you ordered the wrong product or received a different one than you ordered, send an email within 7 days of receipt to info@natureessencearoma.com The email must include the following information:
- Name of the person who placed the order.
- Mailing address, email, and phone number of the person requesting the return.
- Order number.
- Order date.
- Confirmation of Receipt Date.
- Product description.
- Error.
- Photos proving the reason for the return request, if applicable.
Once the request is received, the company will attend to it and will be evaluated within a period of up to 72 hours by its administrative staff. When the company authorizes it, the customer can send the products for physical inspection, without guaranteeing that the return will proceed. The shipment of products must be made within 24 hours after the company's response sent by email.
In all cases, the following rules will apply:
Return requests will only be processed when received within 7 days from the receipt of the products, according to the official delivery date provided by the postal service. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer, except when it is an error on the part of the company.
Items for exchange must be in the same conditions as they were sent. The price label and/or brand, seals, stickers, security tags cannot have been removed, and no sign of any kind of use can be observed. The product must appear intact, without alterations, foreign odors, marks from any external agent, including, but not limited to, lipsticks, varnishes, ink, paint, without evidence of water, blending, dilution, washing, or any other alteration.
In cases where it is an error on the part of the company, the customer will receive the product purchased, free of additional costs.
In cases of other types of returns, once the company authorizes the return, the customer can select a store credit for the same amount of the product cost, plus tax, valid for 30 days; or can choose a refund for the product cost, plus tax. Every refund will be processed within a maximum term of 5 days, from the acceptance of the return by the company. In most cases, refunds are reflected in the same payment method used for the purchase, within a period of 5 to 10 since it was processed. If your refund has not been reflected, you must contact the banking institution that processed the payment related to the method used. Once the refund is processed, a notification email will be issued to the same email provided at the time of purchase.
The company reserves the right to launch products and special offers explicitly stated as non-returnable. This means that it is not subject to the aforementioned process.
