How to use

1. Read safety instructions below, check for allergies

2. Light the Body Serum Candle.

• Trim the wick: Before lighting your candle, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to ensure an even burn. 
• Light the wick: Use a lighter or match to carefully light the candle. Let the candle burn for about 15-20 minutes, or until it has melted into a pool of oil.

3. Test the Temperature

• Blow the candles out before use 
• Before applying the melted oil to your skin, test the temperature by carefully dipping your finger into the oil or pouring a small amount onto the back of your hand.
• The oil should be warm, but not too hot. If it feels comfortable, you’re ready to proceed.

4. Massage the Serum.

• Once the candle has melted into a warm, liquid serum, gently pour or scoop a small amount of the oil onto your skin. It’s ideal for areas like your hands, arms, legs, or your back and shoulders.
• Massage the warm oil into your skin, working it in with gentle, circular motions. The serum will absorb quickly, leaving your skin feeling soft, hydrated, and nourished.
• For a lighter and less heavy finish, use only a little Serum and spread it on wet skin. The texture will be like a lotion, absorption would also be much faster.

5. Re-Light and Repeat as Needed.

• You can re-light the candle anytime the Serum has cooled and solidified, and repeat the process. If you prefer a more intense treatment, you can allow the candle to burn for a little longer for more melted oil to work with.

*Absorption time depends on skin type, a rule of thumb would be 30 mins on dry skin, 10-20 mins on wet.

Safety Instructions

• Never leave the candle burning unattended.
• Keep the candle away from drafts or flammable materials.
• Allow the candle to cool before handling or storing it.
• Always hold the candle from the bottom.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• For External Use Only: This product is intended for external use as a body serum candle. Avoid using it on sensitive areas such as the face, eyes, open wound and cuts.
• Keep the candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface to avoid accidental spills or burns.

CAUTION

• The body serum candle contains oils and fragrances that may cause staining. Avoid contact with fabrics, carpets, and porous surfaces.
• If the serum causes any adverse reaction, wash the affected area with warm water and discontinue use.

Disposal: When the candle has burned down, dispose of the remaining wax responsibly. Do not pour wax down drains, as it can clog pipes.

Skin Sensitivity: Before use, perform a patch test on a small area of skin to ensure you do not have an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Use as Directed: Do not use the candle for any purpose other than as intended (as a body serum). The oils used in the candle are specifically formulated for skin application and should not be ingested or used in any other way.

Tips

• First burn should be longer than 20 mins to ensure the entire top surface melts evenly. It is to prevent candle tunneling. 
• Dry application is also possible, scoop out some serum on your hand and massage it in like a normal body cream.
• Use a candle extinguisher for a better result.
• Always trim your wick before burning, the length of the wick controls how big the fire will be. If you want your product to be less hot, simply trim the wick a bit shorter.
• If tunneling happens, wrap the candle around some foil and let it burn longer. Foil will help to gently increase heat around the glass and ensure the products melt evenly.
• You do not need to burn the wick to use this product, simply scrap out the content and you can use it like a body balm. Alternatively you can place it in an oil heater for the same effect.
